The beautiful smiles on the faces of three military children, ages 2, 5, and 7 warm your heart. The lights on their house are making the holidays magical. Carey Marinelli, their mom, dreaded being alone for Christmas. Her husband, Jason, the children’s father is deployed in Afghanistan. Jason has been deployed since July and will not be home for Christmas.
That’s when Terry Kraft and Christmas Decor of Roswell stepped in. For the last seven years, they have decorated the home of a military family for the holidays. This year the Marinelli house shines with more than 5,000 lights.
Carey says of her husband in the article by Justin Gray, “Over there, they worry so much about their families at home, and just to know there’s people out there like Mr. Kraft who care so much about military families, it just makes him have one less worry.”
Thank you to Terry Kraft and Christmas Decor of Roswell for letting their light shine and bless the Marinelli Family with their love and care. Merry Christmas to all of our military families and their deployed loved ones.
