American Legion Post 196 Clambake Fundraiser

Pat French, the past president of the Women’s Auxiliary at American Legion Post 196 in Brecksville, Ohio is inviting you to their fundraiser on October 3, 2010.

The Women’s Auxiliary is throwing a clambake to raise monies for the year to maintain the donations they give in their area including scholarships for the high school, Christmas trees sent to Iraq via the USO, and participation in the District 13 fund raisers, to name a few. The post also adopts a family at Christmas and participates in the Dress for Success program.

The American Legion “believes in our flag and all that it stands for. Our constitution, our pledge of allegiance, our way of life, are all fundamental to maintaining our freedom and the standing that we have as the greatest country on earth…We’re here to serve our fellow vetrans and their famlies and all of America. We are here for them, we are here for you.” Find an American Legion post near you.

Support Post 196 by attending their clam bake fund raiser. Pat also invites any ladies with husbands, brothers, sons, or friends in the service to join the Women’s Auxiliary. For more information contact her at 440-786-1683 or Barb at 440-786-1683.
